Fascias, soffits and bargeboards play a crucial role in protecting the edges of your roof and the timber structure behind them. Over time, timber fascias and soffits can rot, warp, and deteriorate — allowing water ingress and pest entry into your roof space.
Midland Roof Worx replaces old timber with modern, maintenance-free uPVC fascia boards, soffit boards, and bargeboards. uPVC does not rot, warp, or need painting, and comes in a range of styles including white, black, rosewood, and anthracite grey to suit your property.
Our installation includes the removal of old boards, inspection and replacement of any damaged supporting timbers, and fitting of new uPVC boards complete with ventilation strips where required. We also replace capping boards, dry verge systems, and integrate seamlessly with new guttering.
